Terms of sale

The seller

This shop is run by alisonbel, Cainta 1900, Rizal. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping, returns & refunds policy and our privacy policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act.

Orders

• Placing an order reserves the items for you. A GCash / bank-transfer order is confirmed once we verify your payment; a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed when you place it.
• You can order up to 10 pieces per order online. For wholesale orders, message us on our Facebook page.
• If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, an item turns out to be out of stock or a price was clearly wrong), we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid in full.

Prices

Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown before you order. The J&T shipping fee is calculated at checkout from your parcel’s weight and your province; for bulky items we tell you the shipping fee before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Payment

We accept GCash / bank transfer through our InstaPay QR, and cash on delivery through J&T. Some items can only be paid one way; checkout shows which methods your order can use. Pay the exact amount shown on your order page and send us the transaction’s reference number; unpaid orders are released after 60 minutes. We issue an invoice or receipt for every order.

Delivery & returns

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered in our shipping, returns & refunds policy. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged, defective or wrong.

Reviews

Customers can review items they bought once their order is delivered. Please keep reviews honest and about the product: no offensive content, advertising, or other people’s personal information. We check every review before it’s published and may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. By submitting a review and photos, you allow us to show them on this site.

Other terms

• Photos, text and the alisonbel name and logo on this site belong to alisonbel; product names and logos belong to their brands.
• We may update these terms; the version shown when you place your order applies to it.
• These terms are governed by Philippine law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can make it right; you can also reach the Department of Trade and Industry’s consumer care.
